Kathy Goldner, Knitting Out Loud’s founder and publisher, loves stories. And she has a passion for knitting.
For 10 years she headed up a literature program which brought the great stories of Western literature, including The Odyssey and Hamlet, to elementary school children in Maine. When she began knitting after a 15-year hiatus, she discovered armloads of knitting books and wanted to listen to them while she knit. Solving that desire to listen while knitting prompted Kathy to start a audiobook company she named “Knitting Out Loud.”
More about the company, its founder and her accomplishments plus a series of reviews for your knitting (or other fiber pursuit) pleasure . . . . to be continued in part two.
