Moo Dog Knits

Knitting a gansey with size two circulars is the favorite project of Dr. Dan Melamed of Buckwheat Bridge Angoras. So he created a special five-ply blended yarn in blue just for the traditional hand-knit garment worn by the fishermen of the British Isles. He and Sara Healy are growing with Rhinebeck, the Dutchess Country Sheep & Wool Festival – he with the Angora goat show, she as management of the wildly popular fiber festival.
